Our head Luxury Collection Concierge Michael Moser and his team - Orlando Donato, Manfred Grassauer and Gregor Hasengschwandtner - are bilingual, certified destination experts, proudly wearing "Les Clefs d'Or", the gilt insignia of the celebrated international concierge society, and eager to reveal the secret treasures of the city. More than just a source of information, our concierge team represents a friendly face, and many of our guests keep up correspondence between visits. Recently, the Empress of Japan sent her best regards to the team; kind wishes that were returned along with an Imperial Torte.

As an employee of the Hotel Imperial for 24 years, Concierge Moser knows the hotel and city intimately. In an effort to provide the highest caliber recommendations, he attends more than 50 theater and opera performances a year, and is happy to help guests secure tickets. Additionally, he is pleased to provide insider tips about special sights in Vienna, like the St. Marx Cemetery-especially enchanting when the lilacs are in bloom.
Our team will strive to meet all requests, no matter how out-of-the ordinary. They have achieved such uncommon tasks as presenting a toothpaste collector with a particular Austrian tube. For a guest who was accustomed to completing the New York Times crossword, Concierge Moser had his Les Clefs d'Or colleague in London fax a copy of the puzzle.
