From November 9-23, the Hotel Imperial pampers guests at its restaurant with unique culinary delights from Canada. Wild salmon, lobster, buffalo and maple syrup are among the exclusive treats.
As the second largest country on earth, Canada's cuisine is as diverse as the country itself. On the occasion of a culinary focus on Canada General Manager Klaus Christandl and Executive Chef Rupert Schnait are importing this wealth of culinary delights exclusively for guests of Restaurant Imperial. "My memories of Canada are closely linked to its wonderful cuisine - one of the healthiest, most diverse and tastiest in the world, above all due to the wonderful ingredients offered by the Canadian nature", says Klaus Christandl. From November 9-23 Rupert Schnait pampers Canada fans with a special menu of Canadian culinary highlights. Pacific sockeye salmon, Nova Scotia lobster, Carmen-Creek buffalo rib-eye steak and buttermilk-blueberry pancakes with maple syrup glaze guarantee an exceptional culinary adventure in the distinguished atmosphere of Restaurant Imperial. The dishes are accompanied by selected Canadian wines or, alternatively, Moosehead Pale Ale Beer, a legendary beer of long-standing tradition.
